Late Arrival/Wait Time Fees

If the client is late to an appointment or not prepared when our mobile notary arrives, we will wait up to ten minutes at no charge. After ten minutes, we will wait up to twenty minutes for a late arrival or wait time fee. After twenty minutes, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be provided.

Should the scheduled appointment be disrupted due to reasons such as medical attention, a phone call, or other situations requiring the notary or client to temporarily leave, the application of this fee is subject to the judgment of the notary.

Rush Appointment Fees

If an appointment needs to be scheduled quickly, outside our two hour booking window, a rush fee may incur on your final invoice.

Extended Hours Fee

To account for the additional resources required to provide services outside of regular business hours, an extended hours fee will be applied. The current rate for an extended business hours fee is listed on our rates and fees sections of the Website.

Location-Based Fees

Please note that certain locations may incur higher fees due to the additional time required on-site.

This fee applies when providing notary services at locations such as:

• Hospitals and Medical Facilities

• Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities

• Rehabilitation Centers and Therapy Facilities

• Jails, Detention Centers, and Court Facilities

• Airports, Military Bases, Gated Entrances, and Secure Facilities

Please be aware that these location-based fees are necessary to account for the extra time and effort required to deliver our services at these specific locations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Holiday Appointment Fee

If an appointment is scheduled for a holiday, a holiday fee may be applied to your final invoice.
