To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This deposit will be applied towards your total payment.
Before scheduling your appointment, please keep the following in mind:
Avoid signing or dating the document beforehand, as some documents require signing and dating in the presence of a notary.
Ensure that you have all the pages of the document(s) filled out and ready for signing, not just the signature page.
Make sure that all individuals signing the document have acceptable identification that meets the requirements of the state.
By following these guidelines, you can help ensure a smooth and efficient notarization process during your appointment.
We’re happy to meet at any commercial, industrial, or public place. We do not currently offer services at personal residences.
We strive to accommodate our clients' needs and provide flexible scheduling options. If you have any specific requests outside of these hours, please reach out to us through this Extended Hours Request Form, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Deposits from cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded, even if the appointment is booked within 24 hours of the appointment time.
